Definition of “international student” at 威尼斯人app下载
“International” refers to any student, prospective or current, who is neither a U.S.

The university is committed to assisting 学生 in maintaining or obtaining legal
status, but will not deny educational access to anyone who is academically qualified

- Language—a minimum of four years of 语言 instruction in the native or national 语言
- Mathematics—a minimum of three years, which must include algebra, geometry,

留学生就业情况:
威尼斯人app下载 in partnership with 美国入籍与移民服务局 will only allow the following classes of enrolled international 学生 to work on campus:
- International 学生 maintaining status as F1 or J1 VISA holders
- International 学生 in VISA classes J2, K, P4,A1 and A2 who hold a current
EAD(Employment Authorization Document, known as a “work authorization card”) from 美国入籍与移民服务局 - International 学生 who have filed for an adjustment of status to permanent 住院医生实习期 but have not yet been approved and who hold a current EAD.

跟踪和报告:
All international 学生 enrolled or on OPT for whom 威尼斯人app下载 has issued visa eligibility papers (I-20 for F1 and DS-2019 for J1) are monitored for compliance 根据联邦法规. 威尼斯人app下载 is required to report to the federal government through SEVIS on the status and whereabouts of all international 学生 and their 家属
